So, I am a few months behind on posting and taking pictures of Penelope. This is an effort to catch up. Here is a picture of P at 9 months old. This is Christmas Day. I figure the 25th vs. the 28th isn't too much of a difference in what she looks like.
This is when I took the official 9 month picture with the number. Except that according to my camera I took these pictures on January 23, technically making them her 10 month pictures.
You can see how much her hair has grown in a month's time!
Come January 28th, I didn't take an actual 10 month photo, and I never ended up taking one with the number. So, just as a recap: Christmas pictures count as 9 months, "official" 9 month photo counts as 10 months, and here are a few 11 month pictures. Her hair is getting really long and she's starting to look more like a toddler.
Where did my little baby go? Penelope is super fun to play with, but I must admit, I miss my little newborn baby girl who would cuddle with me all day long. Good thing she'll still cuddle with me! Just yesterday Dave tried to hold her and she got mad and cried, wanting her mom! Go me! That is actually uncommon. The second Dave comes home from work she wants to play with him almost exclusively. She's even started clapping for him when he walks through the door every night. Like I said, super fun (and cute)!!

Oh she is so adorable. I LOVE her hair up on top of her head. We call that a Boondukie. What do you call it? Don't know where that name came from, but my mom always called it that. Love you guys!! Jen
